Privacy Policy

What we collect. Your email (for sign-in), the pet profiles and health notes you create, your questions and any photos you submit, and subscription/billing metadata.

How we use it.To provide the service — including building your pet’s private memory so guidance is personalized — to process payments, and to send reminders and account emails.

Where it lives. Data is stored with Supabase and processed by our AI provider (via Vercel AI Gateway) solely to generate your responses. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never store full card details.

Your data is yours.Each pet’s records are isolated to your account. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.

No selling. We do not sell your personal data.

Advertising & analytics measurement. To measure how our ads perform, we share hashed(irreversibly scrambled) identifiers, such as a hashed version of your email, plus ad-click and campaign information (for example which ad you came from) and limited device/connection details (IP address and browser type) with measurement partners like Meta and Google Analytics, via their pixels, Conversions API, and Measurement Protocol. We never share your raw email, your pets’ health details, or your questions and photos for advertising.
